Privacy

Sellerstack is software for Amazon sellers, run by Maxbii LLC. This page explains what we keep and why. Questions: maxbiillc@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time link. We don't use passwords.
  • Data from your Amazon seller account that you connect through Amazon's Selling Partner API: orders, fees, settlements, inventory, returns, reimbursements, shipments and product listings.
  • What you enter yourself: costs, expenses, leads, notes, suppliers and settings.

How we use it

Only to show you your own numbers and run the features you turn on (for example sending Amazon's review request for your orders). We don't sell your data, share it with other sellers, or use it for advertising.

Customer information

We don't request buyer names, addresses or emails from Amazon. Order data is limited to what the profit and review features need.

Security

Amazon access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is stored with our database and hosting providers in the United States, over encrypted connections.

Who else handles it

Only the services that run Sellerstack for you: Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database), Resend (sign-in emails), and, only if you connect them yourself, Keepa (with your own key), SimpleFIN (bank and card data), eBay and Walmart. None of them get your data for their own use.

Deleting your data

Disconnect Amazon in Settings at any time and we stop pulling data. Settings → Delete account removes your account and everything Sellerstack holds for it, right away.
