How each part of Sellerstack works.
Getting started- Settings → connect your Amazon seller account. Data starts syncing within the hour and every hour after.
- Ledger → Products: add each product's cost (and prep fee). Import Sellerboard's cost export or your own CSV from Ledger → Import data.
- Install the Chrome extension from the account menu → Chrome extension.
- Optional: connect your Keepa API key in Settings, Walmart keys on the Walmart page, and your eBay account on the eBay page.
Ledger (profit)- Tiles show any periods you pick (Period menu → Personalized tiles, or a preset). The % compares with the period before.
- More opens the full breakdown. Click a fee line to see every Amazon fee by name.
- Chart, P&L and Trends show the last 12 months; click a month to see its products.
- Search + Filter limits every number to the matching products.
Cost of goods- Type a cost in the COGS box and a prep fee next to it, then Save.
- When a product's cost changes, set COGS type to By batch and add a batch with its date (and units, if you want first-in, first-out).
- Profit uses the right batch for each sale; prep fees show as their own line under Cost of goods.
Inventory planner- Sales velocity skips days a product was out of stock.
- Edit a product (••• → Edit) to set manufacturing and shipping days and the target stock range.
- Recommended quantity appears when it's time to reorder. Select products → Create purchase order or Create shipment plan.
Scout & Lead Finder- Scout: paste any Amazon link to see eligibility, offers, fees, profit, ROI and max cost.
- Lead Finder: paste or upload a supplier list (UPC or ASIN, cost). Winners rise to the top; save them to Leads.
- Your Settings (prep, inbound, tax, target ROI and profit) are used everywhere.
Shipments- New shipment → add products and units → fill the box grid (products down, boxes across).
- Pick Amazon's placement and the partnered UPS rate. Nothing is bought until you press Buy shipping.
- Print box labels and FNSKU labels. Shipments → FNSKU labels prints labels for any SKU.
Storefronts- Connect your Keepa API key in Settings: storefronts are read through it.
- Follow a seller: paste their storefront link or seller ID (or Follow from Scout's offers and Buy Box lists). Add many at once with Add many.
- Every product they carry fills the feed; anything they list after that shows as New, with an alert and a line in your morning email.
- Each card shows their price, the Buy Box, the most you can pay, offers, rank, monthly sales and whether you can sell it, plus retail stores that sell it and your profit from each.
- Narrow it with Filters or type it: "under $25, 300 sales a month, no Amazon, posted this week". Bookmark the keepers; tag and pause sellers on the Sellers tab.
Price History- Your inventory and open leads are tracked daily automatically. Watch any other product by pasting its link.
- Set a target price to get an alert when the Buy Box drops to it.
- With Keepa connected, each product also shows 12 months of Keepa history.
Money back- Lost and damaged units, FBA fee jumps, reimbursements below your cost and short-received shipments are found in your own data.
- Open a finding, copy the case text, and file it in Seller Central. Mark it filed, then paid.
- For refunded orders that never came back, use Amazon's own Eligible for claim list (linked on the page).
eBay resales- eBay → Connect eBay and sign in to eBay.
- Returns to list: every Amazon return that came back unsellable. Tap List on eBay: title, photos, category, item specifics and a price from current eBay listings are filled in. Check the price and condition, add a phone photo if you like, press List.
- List an item: paste any Amazon link or ASIN, or take a photo and pick the match.
- Every eBay sale comes in with eBay's fees and the shipping labels you bought on eBay. Type your cost if the item had one; a returned item's cost is already in the Amazon P&L.
- eBay profit shows in the Ledger P&L as its own line, plus net profit with eBay. Export gives you the whole list as a spreadsheet.
Alerts & morning email- Alerts appear after each hourly sync: reorder, running out, fee changes, lost inventory, short shipments, big orders, target prices.
- Resolve them one by one or all at once.
- Settings → Morning email sends yesterday's numbers and today's to-dos at 8am Eastern.
