Questions
How does Sellerstack get my data?
You connect your Seller Central account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. Orders, fees, settlements, inventory and returns sync every hour. We never ask for your Amazon password.
Is it as accurate as Sellerboard?
It uses the same profit formula. On our own account, monthly sales match Sellerboard within half a percent and every payout matches Seller Central to the cent, and it counts promotions and refund costs that Sellerboard leaves out.
Can I bring my history and costs over?
Yes. Import your cost of goods (including dated costs), Sellerboard's planner settings, and Amazon's reports going back as far as you like.
Do I still need Keepa?
Keepa has years of price history nobody else has. Sellerstack tracks prices daily for the products you care about and links straight to Keepa for the deep history.
Is it safe for my account?
Review requests use Amazon's own Request a Review button. Money back only lists cases from your data; you choose what to file. Shipping is only bought when you press Buy.
